Indian Union Government does not have a clear-cut Gambling law, Gambling is considered a state topic. The states have the right to permit or ban or make decisions related to Gambling.

Many states in India legalised gambling and many banned it. Each of these states has its reason for taking the decision. Gambling is highly connected to one of the basic instincts of humans and no ban can restrict it over a while.

People from states that do not have a lottery are looking for options to participate in other state draws. Regulations by states running lotteries and the states they hail from are creating confusion about eligibility for participation. We identified the problem in detail and researched to solve it one of the other ways. We are now clear that all regulations are in line if the lottery procurement happens in the state of lottery operation. 

Considering this solution, we formed a legal entity in the state where the lotteries are organised and we welcomed interested people to join the club so that the club can procure tickets for the members in the states locally where the lotteries are operated. We are present in Goa and Kerala for now and can cater to around 1500 members regularly.
