Generally, no lotteries restrict anyone from participating in lottery draws based on age, nationality, etc. Each lottery has its regulations and policies followed.

For example, the Kerala lottery mandates that the physical procurement of the ticket should happen within the geographical area of the state. No online sales are permitted. Goa lottery permits the procurement of tickets from anywhere online and offline respecting the law of the land.

At FortunaDelClub, we respect all applicable laws and help interested people participate in the draws. As per the regulatory conditions, anybody can purchase a ticket physically within the area of the lottery organizing state. We procure tickets physically within the state for all the club members in line with the regulations.

• “FDC Goa” procures tickets within Goa state.

There is no restriction on the age or nativity of the participants.

Wide varieties of lottery draws are happening in various parts of the world.

FortunaDelClub, being from India, deals with lotteries run by different states of India only. We deal with Goa State Lotteries and Kerala State Lotteries now and plan to include more in the coming months.

We are dealing only with the *5.40 PM* draw daily from Goa lotteries.

Once you become a club member, you only need to pay for the tickets — no additional charges will apply. Any future changes will be communicated well in advance. We prioritize transparency and assure you that there are no hidden fees.

This year, we have waived the membership fee as a token of appreciation for our members’ support. Your membership will be created at no cost with your very first confirmed participation.

This does not imply we are operating as a charity; we have our revenue streams. We are also open to sharing information about our revenues.

Results are shared with club members as soon as the authorities publish them on official websites and platforms. The draws are broadcast on YouTube and local TV channels. Live result updates are also available on various unofficial websites as soon as the draw begins.

We notify club members individually about their winnings and regularly publish the club results for all members.

At FortunaDelClub, we efficiently process claims for small winnings on behalf of our members, ensuring that the winning amounts are credited to their wallets within 1–2 days.

For larger prizes, we work closely with the members to discuss the processing details, as these may involve applicable charges from lotteries and tax obligations from government authorities.

We are committed to offering our members full support throughout the process.

At FortunaDelClub, we don’t offer trial memberships, but we can add you to our announcement list to keep you informed about our club activities and procedures. This will give you a clear understanding of our day-to-day operations.

We’re also happy to address any questions, ensuring that you feel completely comfortable with our process. Our priority is for you to join as a member only when you’re fully confident and at ease with how we operate.

FortunaDelClub, based in India, offers comprehensive support for all payment models provided by Indian banks, ensuring full compliance with regulations set by the Reserve Bank of India.

As of now, we accept payments via

• Business payment on PAYTM store using QR solutions.

• UPI payments from all banks and payment apps.

• Direct bank transfers, etc

If you prefer an alternative payment method, please contact our team. We’ll be happy to accommodate your request, subject to approval from our banking partners.

As a lottery concierge service, FortunaDelClub advises against couriering tickets out of the state. However, we can consider couriering Special Bumper tickets if members wish to receive the physical tickets, under the following conditions:

• Cost: Courier services incur additional costs.

• Delay: We cannot control the delivery time of the consignment.

• Claim: Physical tickets are required to claim any winnings.

Please note that we do not support couriering regular draw tickets.

Kerala lottery winnings are always from the sold tickets only and they redraw if the prize comes for unsold tickets. The details of the unsold tickets are announced before starting the draw if exist.

According to the government, a ticket is sold when it is issued from their office. The wholesaler or retailer may have it with him and he can be the winner. 

Once an Onam Bumper first prize was drawn to an unsold ticket and it was redrawn to find a real winner. 

Once a Christmas New Year Bumper was won by a Tamilnadu native who was a retailer of lottery in Kerala for the ticket which was kept unsold with him.

Goa Lottery doesn't have an unsold policy unless it is specially mentioned it with the draw.
